Dream Theme: Teeth

Teeth in a dream can often represent agression -- for example, a dog baring its teeth. Teeth can also represent a certain social appearance. To not have teeth might indicate a decline in social stature.

A bad tooth in a dream might represent an unpleasant feeling, memory or relationship. A false tooth could symbolize a lie, a broken promise or lost youth.

It is also quite common for people to dream of their teeth falling out. Such an occurance might relate to the death of a loved one. It could also represent the dreamer's concerns about getting older.

Jung believed that if women dream about a tooth being pulled out, it represented giving birth.
