Cruising my Old Home Town

I was driving around in my home town on a visit back home with my family. There were a group of us driving in separate cars to some destination, and I was driving alongside my sister.

She made a turn and I didn’t have time to follow her, so I had to go straight. I knew where we were going, so I yelled that I would meet her there.

As I turned on some streets to get back in the right direction, I went up a hill and the road ended. I had to get out on foot and cut through houses and neighborhoods to get to where I was headed.

I wound up at my old Jr. High School, where there was some event to help encourage kids to play sports. There was a sign in list and I was somewhat surprised to see my name on the list. It had a typo in it, which seemed strange and should have queued me in that I was dreaming.

I saw my old gym teacher there and also one of my old friends.

I said hi to her and how I hadn’t seen her in a long time. I said we should get together and catch up and that I would introduce her to my son.

We then sat down at some desks. I sat in front and she sat behind me. That’s all I can remember.
