Description:
I was looking out across an evening sky. The sky was a strange shade of blue that looked almost electric.
I saw a few strange clouds hovering above some mountains off in the distance. As I look closer, there were some funnel clouds and one tornado.
I got really excited because I’ve always wanted to see a tornado in real life, and I always have dreams about tornadoes. I thought to myself how disappointed I am when I wake up and find out that the tornado was just a dream.
At that point, I remembered reading a great tip on how to tell if you’re dreaming or not and how to have more lucid dreams. It said that clocks in dreams always look strange and will have odd characters on them that don’t belong on clocks.
I decided to take a look at my watch to check to see if I was in a dream. I looked at my watch and sure enough, the face of the watch had strange characters on it that suddenly began to flip around and switch places.
The whole face of the watch seemed to shift and turn.
There was a small child standing next to me that I had pointed the tornado out to and I now knelt down to show him my watch. I said, “Look at my watch and what it’s doing. This is how you can tell that this is a dream.”
It seemed like a strange thing to do, since I knew at that point that the child was a projection of my subconscious.
After a few moments, I lost my lucidity and the dream faded out.
