Africa Map

I was looking at a satellite map of Africa and trying to look closely at the cities there. I zoomed in on one city and saw that someone owned a big plot of land and was trying to create a flag out of lights and patterns on the land. I think he was trying to create the Saudi Arabian flag, except it was in West Africa.
