Description:
I had a dream that I was watching the season premiere of LOST. In the opening sequence, John Locke states that “I have told the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. I am the same man I have always been.”
After that, there was a strange flash of the LOST opening credits that was different from the usual ones, but when the show came back on, I was then part of it. I could finally get some answers!
So I asked John Locke to explain what he meant. He said that he had always been this unknown man who he seemed to become at the end of season 5. I asked if he had always known this and he said yes. I further inquired if he had been pretending not to know what was going on this whole time.
He said he had to show that he was willing to die at least three times before we would start to believe in him.
Then there was another person who I didn’t recognize (an other) who kept going on and on about how this was going to cause a certain chain of events. He seemed to already know the future. (This is one of my theories about the others. They have a knowledge of their future lives, but are somewhat resigned to the fact that they can’t change it.)
Then Jack Shepherd asks if we can have until the count of 10 to run into the jungle before they come after us. I look down and realize that I’m in the middle of changing my shoes.
I have one tennis shoe on and I’m starting to but on a pair of white snake-skin boots. We start to run across the island, but then I wake up.
After a brief moment, I fall back asleep. When I’m back in the dream, I have become Sawyer. Jack and I are sitting in a tent, and I’m preparing instant grits.
I open up two packets of grits, hand one to Jack and take some of my packet and pour it into Jack’s packet. It seemed like a symbolic gesture.
I left the tent, and then I woke up.
